What is the Dream Team?
The Dream Team is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on the Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on the Central Youth Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Technical Production Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Central Group, or partnering with the IMPACT Team—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

This team decorates the Central Triad Church facilities for special events and holidays.

This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend and midweek services in prayer, preparing the way for the Lord. Join this team that is blazing the trail for God in our city!

This team is responsible for directing, preparing and escorting candidates through the baptismal process.

We believe that real life change takes place in the context of relationships. As a small group leader, you have the greatest opportunity to connect with others, fulfill your passions, develop your gifts and live out the great commission.

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more. Special note: Background checks are mandatory and will be conducted on potential team members.

This team enjoys a fast-paced, exciting environment serving in the coffee shop “Central Perk” by setting up, preparing and selling drinks and pastries to the Central Triad Church community before and after the weekly services.

Join the team that is building the next generation, one dynamic worship experience, relevant small group, impactful retreat, and life-changing mission trip at a time! Special note: Background checks are mandatory and will be conducted on potential team members.

Through vocals, instruments, or audio engineering, this dynamic team prepares the way for our guests to encounter the presence of the living God.

This team makes sure that the look and feel of Central Triad Church supports our vision and mission statements through graphics, videos and other visual representations. Marketing and advertising are also overseen by this team. The team is made up of graphic designers, photographers, videographers, artists, copywriters, editors, web developers, video editors and social media managers.

This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church.  The are responsible for taking care of God’s house by maintaining the campus facilities and making sure necessary supplies are always in stock.

This team helps our church community by providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry and giving opportunities. Grand Central is also the place to purchase Central Triad Church and event product as well as give tithes & offerings electronically.

This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at Central Triad Church. Our greeters and ushers welcome guests with a smile, encouragement and personal touch, so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.

This outreach team is involved in countless ministries with a focus on bringing God’s love to the Triad. We staff our food pantry, visit residents of assisted living and nursing homes, as well as meet the needs of the surrounding community at events throughout the year.

This unit of health care providers gives medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at Central Triad Church.  Special note: Background checks are mandatory and will be conducted on potential team members.

This team is trained to handle all risk situations that may possibly occur. As a team, you secure the property allowing all Central Triad Church attendees to participant in an incredible worry-free worship experience.  This team serves at the direction of the Executive Pastor and/or Lead Pastor.  Their primary mission is to ensure a safe campus environment to the best of their ability, and to protect the interests of God, leadership and the congregation.  Special note: Background checks are mandatory and will be conducted on potential team members.

Bring your creativity and tech savvy to this team that reaches thousands by delivering the Word and worship through cameras, lighting, and other visual elements.  This team also includes media screens, sound technicians, and the media IT suite.
